All essential services are still in place and operating without change in the Town of Prescott, including but not limited to water and wastewater management, emergency services, and garbage and recycling collection. If your symptoms are severe, or getting worse, please come to the Emergency Department, and inform the nurse immediately upon your arrival

In an effort to reduce the financial burden on Windsor residents who are following the best advice of public health officials and are working from home or in self-isolation, the City of Windsor will act to reduce the service fees and charges.

For those unable to meet the month of March property tax installment deadline the City of Windsor will waive the penalty charge associated with late payment on this installment. This action is applicable only for the month of March and will be re-evaluated on a go-forward basis.
