Delicious strawberry afternoon desserts, tea and coffee, in a cosy and friendly ambience. Adults $7 and children under 6 are $3. Bring your family and friends for a wonderful treat! Tickets are available at the door. Our facility is fully accessible, and there is plenty of parking behind the church.

A free program that is open to anyone interested in building community and accountability around their meditation practice. Each week, the session will included a gently guided practice and informal teaching for the 45 minute class. 

A free program to explore various topics related to mindfulness in everyday life. This group is a great entry into establishing your personal meditation practice as various skills and tools will be provided. 

A free mixed-level yoga program that is open to all. Please bring your own mat and consult your PCP before participating. 

A bootcamp-style fitness program that would be suitable for most abilities. Each session incorporates elements of cardio, strength and flexibility. Please consult your PCP before participating. 

A free yoga program for individuals interested in slow, restorative classes. Most postures are completed in a seated or reclined posture for optimal relaxation. Please consult your PCP before participating.
