Riders of the Transit Windsor Tunnel Bus are being advised of a route change on the Detroit side of the river. Due to a decision by the City of Detroit to close some downtown streets and disallow bus access to several others effective January 1st, the Tunnel Bus will no longer be servicing Beaubien Street, Congress Street, Fort Street and Cass Avenue between Fort Street and Michigan Avenue in Detroit. This new route has taken effect as of Friday, December 28th and will now include Little Caesars Arena and the surrounding entertainment district. Access to the business district will be more direct as well. Please visit www.tunnelbus.ca for a map of the new route and the schedule, as well as the list of new stops.

ICE BOX is a new outdoor art event taking place February 2-10 2019 in Picton, Ontario. It is produced by The Department of Illumination, the artist collective behind Prince Edward County's much-loved Firelight Lantern Festival, in partnership with Macaulay Heritage Park.
ICE BOX will take place on the grounds of Picton’s historic Macaulay House. At the centre of the event are five ice boxes, colourful wooden huts, each transformed into an interactive art installation led by local artists in collaboration with community members of all ages. The site of ICE BOX will be a festive gathering place that over the course of two weekends will be a hive of activity, including dancing, live music, storytelling and even a community procession! Over five weekdays ICE BOX will be focused on school visits, giving hundreds of children the chance to experience both art and winter like never before.
