Ride Don't Hide is the largest mental health bike ride in Canada. Thousands of Canadians from Newfoundland and Labrador to British Columbia will cycle in plain sight on the same day to put an end to the stigma of mental illness. Join the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Niagara Branch for our 4th annual ride on Sunday, June 24th at Brock University to raise funds and awareness in our community!
Funds raised locally will support CMHA Niagara's crisis services this year. Your donations will help make a difference in the lives of the over 4,000 people who access these services throughout the year.
