Good morning,

My name is Margo Horne-Shuttleworth, I am one of the organizing committee members for the Appleby Line Street Festival. This is a volunteer organized not for profit event.

The Appleby Line Street Festival brings families and neighbourhoods together by making the streets come alive with activity on Appleby Line between New Street and Fairview Street in Burlington.
 

The festival has grown to be a significant event in Burlington, last year we estimate we had about 7000 people enjoy the day.

This year we have nearly 150 vendors and sponsors, the biggest ever. 

We were wondering if you might have interest in giving us a shout out or some air time to help promote the festival?

The classes will consist of a combination of exercises (seated and standing), discussion and information on home safety, all focused on preventing falls. 

Exercises aim to improve posture, balance, strength and stability.
