The sessions will consist of a mat-based group exercise, focused on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation. Exercises will restore the correct balance of tone and tension for the proper function of the pelvic floor.
This program will be beneficial for any male or female experiencing various symptoms of pelvic floor disorders, including but not limited to urinary incontinence.
Please bring your own exercise mat and extra cushion, if needed to support pelvis and/or knees while on the mat.

Guided Meditation for Teens
This is a guided mindfulness meditation class. Meditation helps to relax the body and de-clutter the mind; assisting in stress reduction, improving mood, and sleep quality. (Ages 13-17yrs)
No prior experience is required.

Each weekly session will include a different combination of low impact cardio and strength exercises classes in a group exercise format.
Please bring indoor shoes, water & a set of weights (2-5 lbs).

Join us for an introduction to the positive health benefits of hobbies with a focus on art – both simple and fun. The class will include discussions and easy hands on projects as well as some information on how to get more involved with art locally.

Join us for a community information meeting about forever chemicals (PFAS) in our drinking water, a current cause of concern due to contamination of Lees Creek and Trout Lake on Wednesday, March 27th, beginning at 6:30 pm. The event will be held in the auditorium of the North Bay Public Library (downstairs, 271 Worthington Street East, elevator access) and is open to the public. Residents of North Bay and area who are interested in drinking water quality and safety and the health of the Trout Lake watershed are encouraged to attend. Hosted by Northwatch, Nipissing Environmental Watch, and the Trout Lake Conservation Association. Everyone is welcome.
