Join us for a 4-week moderate intensity outdoor trail walking program. Each week will consist of a warm-up, walk, and 3 intervals of strengthening exercises.
Please dress accordingly. Check your email each week, in case of weather-related class cancellations.

This is a program for those interested in a guided mindfulness meditation. An opportunity to gather and experience the power of a group practice. No prior experience is required.
Chairs and/or yoga mats will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat, cushion and/or blanket.
