Each weekly session will include a different combination of cardio and strength exercises in both circuit & group exercise formats. Please bring indoor shoes & water. This program runs Mondays and Thursdays from Sept 18 - Oct 26 and open to anyone experiencing knee pain due to osteoarthritis. The acupuncture is provided by a licensed chiropractor. Two 30 minute sessions will be offered: 1) Begins at 8:30am 2) Begins at 9:00am Note: Registrants will be contacted by the clinic to complete additional forms and obtain approval for participation this program.
