Learn how to work a variety of plant-based proteins into 
your snacks and meals. We will be preparing and tasting recipes
using various legumes, nuts and seeds. 
This program is open to adults and teens who participate 
in meal preparation.

This is a program for those interested in a
guided mindfulness meditation. An opportunity to gather
and experience the power of a group
practice. No prior experience is required.
Chairs and/or yoga mats will be provided. You
are welcome to bring your own mat, cushion and/or blanket.

Join us for a 4-week moderate intensity outdoor
trail walking program. Each week will consist of
a warm-up, walk, and 3 intervals of
strengthening exercises.
Please dress accordingly. Check your email
each week, in case of weather-related class cancellations.

Each weekly session will include a different
combination of cardio and strength exercises in
both circuit & group exercise formats.
Please bring indoor shoes & water. 
NOTE: You will be required to bring your own
set of light weights for class (2lbs - 5lbs is recommended).

This is a beginner-level yoga program. Classes
will begin with a short (optional) standing
portion and then all remaining exercises will be
performed seated in a chair. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve
circulation, balance, joint mobility and strength.
Please bring non-slip indoor shoes and water.

A beginner-intermediate level yoga program.
Exercises will be performed both on a mat and
on the floor. Each session will include a
combination of exercises to improve alignment, flexibility, balance and strength.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
NOTE: you must be able to kneel and get up
and down from the floor in order to
participate in this class.
