The Friends of the Peterborough Public Library will be hosting our Book Sale on April 28th from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and April 29th from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Friends of the Library is a volunteer group who sort donated books and sell them at selected times during the year. Since our inception, we have donated approximately $750,000.00 to the Peterborough Public Library for the purchase of books and the funding of special programs, many of which are for children and teens. I’ve attached a poster, as well. There will be rare books dating from the early 20th century right through to current bestsellers. Many categories of non-fiction books can be found and we offer a varied selection of mysteries. We have a wide array of children’s books from baby’s first book to teen fiction. Whatever category of book you're looking for, there's a good chance you'll find it at our Sale. The earlier you come, the better your chances. All proceeds from our sale will be donated to the Peterborough Public Library. We look forward to seeing you there.
