This program created by Carol Anderson a lifelong dance artist and movement educator. This series builds on patterns of motion that promote fluidity and strength. Each week will offer a guided focus of an aspect of movement practice and dance - breath, flow, balance and connection. The series runs from Monday, January 9th to Monday, January 30th. The cost of this 4-week series is $50 and is being offered on Zoom.
