Rehabilitation Series: Frozen Shoulder
Therapeutic exercises in a group setting focused on the treatment and prevention of frozen shoulder.
Exercises will help decrease pain, increase shoulder range of motion and strength.
Aquafit class to increase muscular strength and cardiorespiratory fitness.
