Many people benefit from a safe space to talk about grief with others who find themselves in the same boat.  We meet for an hour and a half every two weeks for a total of 6 sessions.  We look at different facets of our grief such as what this loss means to us and our families, how to make sense of intense emotions, how to manage difficult situations, and how to avoid getting stuck in our grief.  Confidentiality and respect are key values for the work we do together.

For further information please call Eileen at (613) 345-5649 ext. 52174
