Community Event - Burlington/Oakville - Celebrate Canada: Concert at Gage Park Bandshell

Join us in Gage Park for an evening of lively tunes to celebrate Canada. The Canadian Orpheus Male Choir will perform a mix of Canadian songs from coast to coast including well known songs by Stan Rogers, Wade Hemsworth and Stomping' Tom Connors. Our guest artists, What The Folk, will perform rousing harmonies, foot-stomping tunes and thrilling a cappella songs.

Come early to sit near the bandshell or bring a lawn chair for your choice of location to watch the show. This is a free concert lasting about 2 hours with an intermission. 

Your donation is gratefully accepted to help cover concert expenses. Tax receipts are available for donations $20 and above with name and address provided. COMC is a registered charity.

New to computers? Belleville Public Library is pleased to offer free basic computer classes for Adults. Over three weeks, this class will cover Windows basics, browsing the Internet, and working with Gmail. Space is limited and registration is required.

The Near North Palliative Care Network is hosting its 13th annual Live Butterfly Release on July 9th from 11:00am to 2:00pm here in North Bay, located at the Kiwanis Bandshell. It will feature a barbeque, silent auction, raffle, and live music! It will also be livestreamed for those who reserve butterflies from a distance.
