This six-session course teaches skills to manage stress, including breathing and muscle relaxation techniques, assertive communication skills and changing negative thinking. The siblings who were named one of CBC Music’s 30 hot Canadian classical musicians under 30, are playing to audiences around the world with stunning reviews. On tour now in England, then to USA and cities in Canada after a triumph at the University of South Africa (UNISA) Music Foundation International Strings Competition, where Bryan was awarded First Prize.
