The Gathering Place and many local restaurants present Soup’s On 2021.
Participating Restaurants will choose a ‘Soup’s On Special” soup for the day of the event. with half the proceeds going to the Gathering Place.
On November 19th vote on the soup of your choice with your wallet, ordering the soup you want during the day.
The Most Popular Soup is the one chosen by the most people.
An event that will allow restaurants to compete against each other, while raising money for the Gathering Place.
On November 11th, the Callander Legion Pipes and Drums, The Colour Party, as well as members of the Legion will parade along Veterans Way to the Callander Cenotaph for services at 11 am.
The 2021 Digital Poppy will remain part of the overall campaign. By visiting www.mypoppy.ca people will be able to donate to receive a digital poppy which can then be shared with friends and family through social media.

Please note that this event will be subject to public health guidelines by the Ontario Government and the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit. It will only occur if guidelines, which may be subject to change, permit.

The Nipissing Rock and Mineral Club and some of our members will have tables at this weekends Craft Sale at the North Bay Mall on Lakeshore Drive. We'll be there 9:30am till 3PM and will have lots of rock and mineral based items for sale. We'll have tumbled and polished stones, original jewelry, rock tea light holders, fluorescent
minerals and kits, mineral sample boxes, and a special activity for kids!

Participate in Children’s Grief Awareness Day with St. Joseph’s Hospice. The Caring Hearts Children’s Program is creating free activity kits for youth who have experienced the death of a special person in their lives. Kit pick-up is on November 18th between 10:00am - 4:00pm. Register for your kit by emailing supportiveservices@sjhospice.ca.
