Could you please post the following Public Notice on the community events board on your community channel:

 

Please sign our petition for more affordable housing for seniors.  As Welland becomes more and more a place where more seniors are retiring today, we have prepared a petition to request that Council (Welland and Regional) include a requirement in every new development plan that a certain portion of the planned housing development be dedicated as affordable housing units for independent seniors.   (Not assisted living or retirement homes) To view and sign our petition please contact us at the following email address  Countryfolkduo@gmail.com
