A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC. The sessions are designed for individuals living with a chronic condition and/or those interested in the prevention of chronic conditions. Classes will be tailored to teach and discuss strategies for optimizing and enhancing quality of life and overall well-being.

A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC and facilitated by a Registered Dietitian. The session will include tips and tricks for building your own bowls that don't compromise on nutrition or flavour.
Community Event - Sarnia - FREE Virtual Chair Yoga - Nov 3-24 @ 10am
A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC. These sessions are held over Zoom and are designed for individuals who would benefit from a practice done with the support of a chair. Classes will include both seated and standing postures.
Community Event - Smiths Falls/Perth/North Grenville - "Take me to the Movies" - Friday Nov 13/20 7-9pm
We are holding an online Movie Trivia Challenge via Zoom. Players must donate a minimum of $10 to gain entry, then they will receive a zoom link on Nov 9th after submitting their email address to us. They can donate on the Take me to the Movies Fundraiser page or drop by our office at 52 Abbott Street North Unit 3D.
There will be several categories with timed questions. It is going to be a point system so the people with the highest scores will win one of several wonderful prizes donated by local businesses.
