Join us the 1st Wednesday of each month from 7:00pm - 8:30pm using the Zoom platform!  This online facilitated group is intended to connect people who are caring for a person living with Young Onset Dementia (dementia diagnosed prior to age 65). The intent of the program is to offer a place where care partners of people living with Young Onset Dementia can access support and engage socially.
