No experience necessary. Participants present will be divided into teams of two, you do not need to register as a team.

Join us in-person for a viewing of the recorded webinar from Osteoporosis Canada – “Bone Health 101”.
Did you know at least 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will suffer from an osteoporotic fracture in their life?
Learn about about osteoporosis, the risk of fracturing and how to protect & maintain healthy bones. Information on the impact of nutrition and physical activity , falls prevention and self-assessment tools will be provided.

This is a beginner-level yoga program. Classes will begin with a short (optional) standing portion and then all remaining exercises will be performed seated in a chair. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve circulation, balance, joint mobility and strength.
Please bring non-slip indoor shoes and water.

A beginner-intermediate level yoga program. Exercises will be performed both on a mat and on the floor. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve alignment, flexibility, balance and strength.
**Please bring your own yoga mat and water.**
NOTE: you must be able to kneel and get up and down from the floor in order to participate in this class.
