A four week, full body exercise program that will aim to improve strength, stability and posture.

This program requires payment of $44 (cash only please) and a signed waiver for participation. Payment and waiver (if needed) must be completed at the Twin Bridges NPLC reception desk by January 31st, 2024.

This is a beginner-level class, combining the benefits of gentle stretching and guided meditation. The goal is to improve mobility and reduce tension using a combination of stretching, guided meditation and progressive relaxation techniques.

Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat and water.

A beginner-intermediate level yoga program. Exercises will be performed both on a mat and on the floor. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve alignment, flexibility, balance and strength.

NOTE: you must be able to kneel and get up and down from the floor in order to participate in this class.
