Community Event - Sarnia - Yoga for Sleep - Twin Bridges NPLC
A beginner level restorative yoga class. The session will include a combination of restorative poses, Yoga Nidra, breath work and acupressure points, to improve relaxation and promote better sleep.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and water.
NOTE: You must be able to kneel and get up and down from the floor in order to participate in this class.
