The best thing about cooking is that there is always something new to learn, or, to refi ne. We are pleased to offer a workshop that will focus around the basics of using
a knife in the kitchen. This hands on class will look at how to properly and safely hold a knife, sharpening techniques, varieties of particular cuts as well as tips and tricks to make you more efficient in your preparation of ingredients. $2
