Due to popular demand, a third session has been added in January for the Chair Yoga program. It is a free yoga program suitable for most abilities. Each class is a combination of seated and standing postures. Please consult your Primary Care Provider before participating.
A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC to help participants understand the 'why' of problematic eating behaviours and how to transform these patterns to support better health and well-being. The classes are facilitated by a Registered Social Worker.

A gentle 45-minute yoga class that would be suitable for a beginner to seasoned yogi. Classes are sequenced to include both standing and mat postures. Please bring your own mat.
The Oasis Women's Choir joyfully present The Colours of Christmas Concert
A delightful selection of Christmas and Holiday music will be presented on December 11,7pm at St James Anglican 4276 Roseland Dr E. We will also feature several delightful soloists, and a Holiday Sing Along to get everyone in the warm Holiday Spirit.
Also, join us afterwards for a reception, refreshments will be provided. Tickets $10 at the door
