Join us for a 4-week moderate intensity outdoor trail walking program. Each week will consist of a warm-up, walk, and 3 intervals of *strengthening exercises using resistance bands & body weight. *Resistance bands will be provided.

This class will include a meditation and (optional) mindfulness take-home worksheets. Guided meditation is great for beginners and busy-minds. It helps to relax the body and de-clutter the mind; assisting in stress reduction, improving mood, and sleep quality.
