Bluewater Health Community Addictions Hub Approved for Tender
Bluewater Health announces the next phase of its permanent Community Addictions Hub after receiving provincial approval to move to tender. President and CEO Paula Reaume-Zimmer states the facility will consolidate all addiction services in one place, including acute withdrawal management. Sarnia Mayor Mike Bradley notes that the permanent facility will improve local access to treatment. The project follows $3 million in building upgrades and is estimated to be complete within 18 to 24 months of the start of construction.
