Food Truck Friday

12:00 PM — 02:00 PM

Community Living Oakville strongly believes in the importance of advocacy for those that are vulnerable or underrepresented and we empower the people we support to advocate for their rights of equality and inclusion within our local community. Last year, Community Living Oakville held our 1st Annual Food Truck Friday event in partnership with Sheridan College at their Oakville campus as a way to bring people we support together for the first time since the Covid-19 closures. After a successful first year, we are incredibly excited to hold our event this May in the heart of Oakville Towne Square where we can strengthen our partnerships with community facilities and local businesses. In effort to bring awareness and education to the community about people with developmental disabilities and their involvement within Oakville, we invite you to join us during the month of May - Community Living Month - to celebrate diversity and inclusion together.
