Our programming isn't just made for the community; it’s made by the community. yourTV Niagara thrives thanks to a passionate, diverse team of volunteers ranging from high school students looking for media experience to seniors looking to give back.
Whether you want to be the face in front of the camera or the wizard pulling the strings behind it, we have a spot for you to unleash your creativity.
Volunteer Roles Include:
- Production Crew: Learn the ropes of professional media by operating studio and mobile cameras, handling audio mixing, managing graphics, or directing live broadcasts.
- On-Air Reporters & Hosts: Step into the spotlight to conduct interviews, cover local festivals, or report on community events.
- Community Producers: Have a burning idea for a unique show? We partner with community members to help them develop, produce, and host their very own series.
How to Join the Team: No prior television or technical experience is required! We provide full, hands-on training with professional equipment.
