Since the Mayor of Burlington, Marianne Meed Ward, is on vacation Jason Agnew was joined by acting Deputy Mayor Kelvin Galbraith. Their chat started with talking about a bell on the move as yesterday, Burlington's 131 year old town bell was transported from outside Burlington Public Library's Central Branch to a future local firefighter memorial. Jason asked Councillor Galbraith why this move was taking place.

There are five more weeks until the kids are back in school, in the meantime many are enjoying their time at the many camps offered throughout Halton. Including Camp ArtHouse, which just wrapped up a two week long musical theatre camp in Oakville. Jessica Kaitting was at Sheridan College's theatre to check out their end of camp performance.

Everyone is looking to save a buck or two when it comes to energy costs around he house.
