About our performers...

Betty Baker is a cabaret style drag entertainer from Peterborough Ontario, whose performances are high concept, high fashion, high energy and more than a little bit campy! You can always count on energy, comedy and an element of surprise with Betty's performances. Betty designs and sews all of her own drag costumes to connect with and enhance the content of each of her performances.  She has been performing in drag since the age of 15 and her Library Drag Storytime performances have garnered national attention. In September, Betty will begin her fourth and final year of Theatre Production and Costume Design at the Creative School of Toronto Metropolitan University.

About Jessica…

Canadian performer Jessica Wilson is a multi-instrumentalist and triple threat performer who can be found on various stages across the country. Some of her major recent accomplishments include winning multiple Broadway World Awards, the Emerging Artist Award at the St. Catharines Arts Awards, and multiple Niagara Music Awards for her original music. She is also known for singing with Juno-Award winning artist Serena Ryder, opening for City & Colour. She was also selected by radio personality, television host, and producer Ryan Seacrest as the international winner of his "March Music Madness" cover contest. 

With a degree in music theatre performance, her favourite place to be is on stage. Curbside pick-up meal on June 26, 2025 - pick-up at Elks Lodge, 21 Elk Street, Picton

Prince Edward Community Care holds monthly curbside pick-up meals. This event is on Thursday, June 26 and the pickup location is Elks Lodge. Kelly Bannister is preparing a scrumptious meal of roast beef, soup, mashed potatoes, veggies, Yorkshire pudding, salad and dessert. The cost is $20.00/meal and seniors 60+ can order by calling the Community Care office at 613-476-7493. All meals must be paid for in advance. Meals will be packaged hot and ready to be picked up at noon. Only those who preorder and pay will be served.
