Steps for Life Fundraiser Walk
Every year in Canada, close to 1000 workers are killed on the job, or die as a result of a work-related injury or illness. Every one of those families has a story about their loved one.
On Apr 27, the Steps for Life Community Fundraiser Walk takes place here in Kingston and each step you take contributes to helping families affected by workplace tragedies and advocating for workplace safety through the Threads of Life's family support programs and services.

The Bath Artisans are a group of over 30 watercolourists, acrylic and oil painters, woodworkers, jewellery makers, glass artists, fibre artists, sculptors, card-makers, and photographers and their annual Spring Delights Show and Sale is coming up this weekend.

To People's Hearts Through Their Pets
Limestone Lens host Donna Chambers welcomes Dr. Andrew Winterborn, co-director of Community Veterinary Outreach, Kingston. Dr. Winterborn's group seeks to provide much needed free veterinary care to the pets of Kingston's homeless community - and through this to encourage the homeless to also take care of their own health.
