The Rotary Club in Gravenhurst is gearing up to make a big impact on youth wellness in Muskoka with a very large donation. The club was recently given an anonymous donation of one million dollars, which is to strictly be used for child and youth mental wellness in the area.

Dubbed "Blue Monday", it has encouraged residents to talk more openly about mental health. In a move to raise more awareness about mental health to residents and students, Canadore College is offering a safeTALK program at the West Parry Sound campus. This program was funded by anonymous donors, which enables the program to be free to its participants.
