The Town of Niagara-On-The-Lake National Day for Truth and Reconciliation Ceremony
YourTV was at Niagara-On-The-Lake Town Hall Friday, where Council and Staff participated in a flag-raising ceremony, and where the Strong Water Singers, an award-winning Indigenous collective of drummers from across the Niagara Region performed.
They are dedicated to decolonization, rebuilding sisterhood, and inspiring future generations.

Montebello Park was the place to be last Friday, for the return of The Mayor's Invitational Grape Stomp!
The Source's Bob Romeo was back again this year to catch all the action and find out which team would take home the title.
Look For Community Care In Saturday's Grape & Wine Grande Parade!
The Source stopped by Montebello Park in St. Catharines Thursday night, to check out the incredible concert with Crash Test Dummies and Kim Mitchell!
We had the chance to speak with Betty-Lou Souter, of Community Care - who wanted to remind everyone going to Saturday's Grape and Wine Parade to bring a non-perishable food item and help fill the bus! Betty-Lou and her team will be in the Parade, collecting the food items for those in need in our community.
70 Years of Support
For 70 years, Fire Fighters from coast to coast to coast have been enduring partners and supporters of Muscular Dystrophy Canada. Brodie Grant & Dayton Kruitbosch stopped by the studio to give details on the 70th Anniversary National Fire Fighter Challenge.
UNF Opening
The University of Niagara Falls Canada was officially opened last week. Provost and Vice-President Academic Dr. David Gray visited the studio to look back on the opening and ahead on the future of UNF.
Brock Skyline Celebration
2024 marks the 60th anniversary of Brock University. The famed St. Catharines institution took their party to a rooftop patio overlooking the campus. Source reporter Anthony Luongo attended the celebration this past weekend, and one of his first interviews was President & Vice-Chancellor Lesley Rigg.
Birchway Niagara Allied Against Abuse Daily Raffle
The Source welcomed Amanda Braet and Teagan Foord from Birchway Niagara, to talk about the agency that helps women and children who experience intimate partner violence, and the return of their "Allied Against Abuse" November Daily Raffle. November is Women Abuse Prevention Month.
