GROW Community Food Literacy Food Centre set out a goal to assist and empower those with barriers to accessing and benefiting from good healthy food. Located on Fourth Avenue in Niagara Falls, over 900 members can now shop at the GROW Market. Jennifer Wittig files this report.

Madette Mendoza recently won second place at North America's largest inspirational speaking competition called Speaker Slam. She joins Jennifer Wittig in the YourTV studio to discuss her success.
