MPP Crawford Discusses Midtown Development
The Minister of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement and MPP of Oakville, Stephen Crawford, talks about how the Provincial and Municipal Governments are working together in regards to the midtown development. The MPP also addresses concerns as well as the benefits of the use of AI by medical professionals.
Prescribed Burn at Mountsberg
Working alongside an Indigenous group, a prescribed burn took place at Mountsberg Conservation Area last week, with the goal of removing invasive plant species and allowing native ones to grow in their place.
The Cootes Paradise Fishway
Built nearly 30 years ago, the fishway managed by the RBG at Cootes Paradise has seen success in the management of the invasive Common Carp. However, despite the decrease in invasive fish, native species are still struggling to recover.
