Mayor Meed Ward Recaps the Lakeshore Festival
This weekend was the inaugural Lakeshore Music and Arts Festival and Mayor Marianne Meed Ward recaps how the event went, and discusses if the festival will become an annual tradition. Mayor Meed Ward later talks about how funding that the city is receiving to support the homeless has not grown, while the number of people who are homeless continues to grow.
Acton Community Garden Renovations
Renovations have been made to the community garden in Acton, upgrading the garden shed, adding a new fence and even some raised garden beds. All to help provide the community members with fresh vegetables as well as teach them how to grow it themselves.
