The Milton Public Library is making an effort to contribute to the knowledge of black history. Last weekend, the main branch hosted an event called "Black Brilliance" where teens got to research and create a poster about anyone from the black community who stands out for them.

Here on Halton News, we regularly check in with Milton's Mayor, Gord Krantz. But this time, he--along with the mayors of Caledon and Burlington--made headlines at a rally against proposed gravel quarries rumoured to be returning to the region.
