This perennial favourite retells the story of young Clara who one Christmas Eve receives a Nutcracker as a gift from a peculiar and magical visitor. At the stroke of midnight, the air is filled with enchantment as a spell is cast where toys come to life, an army of rats do battle with toy soldiers, the Nutcracker turns into a Prince and Clara finds herself whisked away towards the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy. This colourful community production features an eclectic mix of ballet, tap, hip hop, and acrobatic dance. This is a holiday treat for young and old, don’t miss it! All patrons require a ticket including babes with arms.
