Santa Claus is coming to town! Celebrate the season and start the countdown to Christmas with the Santa Claus parade, brought to you by the Rotary Club of Bracebridge/Muskoka Lakes. The parade will start at 6 p.m. and make its way along Manitoba Street.

Head to All Saints Anglican Church in Huntsville for the Merry & Bright Christmas Sing-A-Long with many local artists taking part in this fun holiday-themed event. There will be cookies to brighten up your afternoon as well. 

The story of an endangered Newfoundland community and the struggles of one man determined to resist its extinction. Directed by Christian Sparkes, this haunting adaptation of the novel by Michael Crummey is distinguished by its beautiful cinematography and a formidable central performance from Mark Lewis Jones.

This perennial favourite retells the story of young Clara who one Christmas Eve receives a Nutcracker as a gift from a peculiar and magical visitor. At the stroke of midnight, the air is filled with enchantment as a spell is cast where toys come to life, an army of rats do battle with toy soldiers, the Nutcracker turns into a Prince and Clara finds herself whisked away towards the land of the Sugar Plum Fairy. This colourful community production features an eclectic mix of ballet, tap, hip hop, and acrobatic dance. This is a holiday treat for young and old, don’t miss it! All patrons require a ticket including babes with arms.
