Post Natal Exercise

Twin Bridges NPLC Program Room

(Park and enter via Front Street Entrance)

This class will include a combination of exercises focused on re-strengthening a woman’s body post childbirth. Exercises will train the whole body and include additional focus on abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Suitable for those new to exercise and those just returning back to exercise.

Please bring indoor shoes & water. 

Resistance bands will be provided.

Did you know that every day, more than 350 people in Canada develop dementia? There are more than 25 different diseases and conditions that can cause dementia but Alzheimer’s is the most common.

Join us in-person for a viewing of “The Alzheimer Journey”, presented by the Alzheimer Society of Canada. As a resource for friends and family caregivers, it consists of three videos that follow the three stages of Alzheimer’s disease and a fourth video that explains how brain function is affected. 

All four video modules will be watched in succession for total of 75 viewing minutes. (Brief break in between 2nd & 3rd modules.)
