Community Event - Niagara - Stamford Kiwanis Annual Fundraiser Golf Tournament
CALLING ALL GOLFERS. Have some fun and help us out all at the same time. STAMFORD KIWANIS CLUB of Niagara Falls is having it's Annual Fundraiser Event GOLF TOURNAMENT.
Kiwanis is a non profit Service Club/ Charity that raises funds to serve the children of our community. Kiwanis has been established in Canada for more that a century. Stamford Kiwanis has served the children of Niagara Falls since 1959.
It's happening Friday August 24th at Willodell Golf Club in Niagara Falls

Trent Valley Archives presents its newest walking tour, Ballots, Booze & Bullets, a profile of East City in the 1920s prohibition era on Aug 11th, 18th & 25th, 7 – 10 pm. A costumed actor will regale you with tales of car chases, stills and lawlessness as you examine area locales. A visit to Black’s distillery & the Ashburnham Ale house are included.

Life After Stroke Peterborough (a peer support group) meets the 4th
Wednesday of every month from 1-3 PM at Northminster United Church,300
Sunset Blvd (east off Chemong Rd just south of Walmart). Survivors and
caregivers welcome. Wheelchair accessible but please arrive 15 minutes early
for elevator access. Light refreshments provided. Next meeting Wed. 22
