Creative Fibres (previously known as Knitterati) is a social circle for all fibre arts: knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, cross stich, embroidery, felt work, and more!

Creative Fibres meets every Wednesday at 5:30pm in the second floor cookbook Reading Nook.

Community Event - Quinte - Author Nicole Flynn and A Life Worth Living

Join us for special guest speaker Nicole Flynn​. Flynn will speak about her autobiography, titled A Life Worth Living, which tours the reader on a journey through challenges, celebrations, and contributions. As a woman who lives with Down syndrome, Nicole demonstrates that having Down syndrome doesn’t stop her, society does…or tries too! Nicole’s goal is to inspire people to live their lives to the fullest. She hopes to influence community members, allies, and supporters to give ALL people the chance to try.

Nicole Flynn, from Centre Hastings, is a photographer, professional speaker, and philosopher. Flynn is also the CEO of Nicole Flynn Enterprises and author of A Life Worth Living.
