Event sponsored by the Palliative Care Services program of the Brockville General Hospital. It is a program for individuals who are coping with the loss of a loved one. It provides an alternative form of self-help and support by walking along side people who share a similar experience. Trained bereavement facilitators accompany the walkers each week. The walkers should be able to tolerate walking at a leisurely pace and be prepared to walk in the elements of the changing seasons. (rain, shine, or snow)

Community Event - Chatham - Harvest Festival Hymn Sing on Sun. Oct. 27 at 7 pm

Choir members from local churches will be presenting a HARVEST FESTIVAL HYMN SING at Holy Trinity-St. Paul's Anglican Church on Sunday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m.  

The choir will have a 2-hour rehearsal on the same day from 1:30 to 3:30 in order to learn 3 anthem selections.  Brian Sweetman, organist and music director of Holy Trinity-St. Paul's Church, will direct the choir.

Freewill Offering. Proceeds to the Chatham Food Bank.

CALLING ALL CHOIR MEMBERS!  If you love to sing and want to join in a great shout of Thanksgiving praise to God, please be a part of the massed choir and join in the choir rehearsal at Holy Trinity-St. Paul's Anglican Church at 1:30 (until 3:30).

Joignez-vous à l'équipe afin de souligner la 17e édition de la Journée nationale des centres de femmes sur le thème du travail invisible des femmes et de la charge mentale qui en découle. Nous visionnerons la vidéo La p'tite histoire du travail invisible et écouterons, en direct de Montréal, des panélistes qui présenteront des solutions concrètes afin de faire reconnaître et rémunérer le travail invisible des femmes. Une période d'échanges aura lieu par la suite.
