A beginner-intermediate level yoga program. Exercises will be performed both on a mat and on the floor. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve alignment, flexibility, balance and strength.

**Please bring your own yoga mat and water.**

Community Event - North Bay - Forever Chemicals: A Citizens’ Primer on PFAS

Join us for a community information meeting about forever chemicals (PFAS) in our drinking water, a current cause of concern due to contamination of Lees Creek and Trout Lake on Wednesday, March 27th, beginning at 6:30 pm. The event will be held in the auditorium of the North Bay Public Library (downstairs, 271 Worthington Street East, elevator access) and is open to the public. Residents of North Bay and area who are interested in drinking water quality and safety and the health of the Trout Lake watershed are encouraged to attend. Hosted by Northwatch, Nipissing Environmental Watch, and the Trout Lake Conservation Association. Everyone is welcome.

The Backyard Summer Social will be in full bloom on Saturday, June 22, as it returns for a third year to Five Counties Children’s Centre in Peterborough.
