Tri-County Literacy Council is offering a free communication program for adults: Communication Works

This training program is designed to help learners enhance their communication skills and build stronger relationships—both at home and in the workplace. Students learn in a safe, supportive environment while exploring key topics such as:

• Understanding Your Communication Style
• Reading and Using Body Language
• Giving and Receiving Feedback
• Speaking Assertively
• Managing Anger
• Resolving Conflict Effectively

This free Skills for Success training includes a one-year Toastmasters membership upon program completion!

Northumberland Chorus warmly invites you to join our Christmas A Capella Chorus for Women, Mondays 7:00-8:30 pm beginning September 29th to November 17th, culminating with our annual Christmas Harmony Show on Saturday, November 22nd. Rehearsals will be held at 237 Ball Street (downstairs), Cobourg. Registration cost $30.
