Our bands for May 7PM to 11PM are 

Saturday May 4 Rick King with Gib Rozen, 
Saturday May 11 Lonsome Dreamers, 
Saturday May 18 Classic Rythm, 
Saturday May 25 Lock Stock and Barrel. 
On Wednesday May 8 Branch 72 will be celebrating The Battle of the Atlantic and V-E Day(victory in Europe) at the Pembroke Cenotaph at 12:00 PM. 
Saturday May 11 there will be a Veterans dinner in Br. 72 hall. 
Meet and greet 2:00PM to 3:00PM. Guest speaker will be Lieutenant General Omar Lavoie.

A beginner-intermediate level yoga program. Exercises will be performed both on a mat and on the floor. Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve alignment, flexibility, balance and strength. 

**Please bring your own yoga mat and water.**

NOTE: you must be able to kneel and get up and down from the floor in order to participate in this class.

The Home Alone – Red Cross Stay Safe! course offers basic first aid and safety skills for children and youth 9-11 years old.

Participants learn about being safe when they are without the direct supervision of a parent, guardian or trusted adult, both at home and in their communities.
