A Free Six Week Workshop for Caregivers of adults with chronic conditions. Participating in this workshop will give you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you will become better able to be there for those you care for. Community Event - Niagara - Wells of Hope Niagara Passion Fundraiser is back!

Food and Wine tasting, live entertainment, silent auction - all proceeds go to Wells of Hope clean water, school construction, basic health care and agricultural projects in Guatemala.  Passion will be held on Friday, September 22nd at Chateau des Charmes winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake from 6:30pm to 10:00.  Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased at www.wellsofhope.com/events

Community Event - Niagara - Harvest Pie Festival takes over Market Square

Join us at Market Square as we 'takeover' the Farmers Market to bring you a Pie Festival. The festival will feature live music on the Market Stage by the O'Deadlys 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., over 8 local bakers of both sweet and savoury pies, a selfie booth with Fall settings, a Build a Centre Piece for Thanksgiving with Adam's Flora and of course all happening right beside the Thursday Farmers Market!

Farmers Market 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Pie Festival noon to 3 p.m.

$5 from every pie sale and centre piece purchased goes to the vendors choice of charitable foundation. Scotiabank will be onsite and is matching the donations!

Come out and support your local small business and charitable organization's while enjoying Market vibes.

Meet the author Ginette Guy Mayer for the launch of book #3 The Literary Thread. This third instalment is part of the An Elizabeth Granty Mystery series. Saturday, September 30th between 2-4 pm at Carrots N' Dates, 116 Pitt Street, Cornwall. 

The mystery series is set in Cornwall in the 1930s, with private investigator Elizabeth Grant at the centre of the narrative.

Book will be available for purchase and signing.
