The Rotary Club of Acton's Trunk Sale takes place every Saturday morning, From the Victoria Day weekend, May 20th, through to Thanksgiving at the Acton GO Station parking lot, adjacent to the Olde Hyde House.  Need to declutter?  Something to sell?  Rent a spot only $15 - proceeds fund Rotary's many charitable causes.  Come see the amazing variety of collectibles, objects, belongings, clothes, gears, possessions, kits, gadgets, devices and cool stuff the vendors have for sale.  You'll always find something you need.

Since first stepping in front of MuchMusic’s national cameras in 1992, Bill Welychka has become one of Canada’s most recognizable television personalities as MuchMusic and MuchMoreMusic’s longest-running VJ. 2023 marks the 35th year of his dedication and insight to both sides of the camera. Bill Welychka has been hearing for decades “You should write a book!” Well, that book has been published & is available at www.billwelychka.ca with partial proceeds donated to The White Ribbon Campaign.  

To kick off its 70th season, Theatre Burlington invites you to visit “Lunenburg”, the latest in
Canadian playwright Norm Foster’s Maritime series.

An American widow and her best friend travel to the east coast to visit a house inherited from
her recently deceased husband. A clash of cultures, a secret revealed and an unexpected
romance will sweep you away in this heartwarming comedy.

Foster is a favourite of community theatre, with location playing an important role, and in this
case, Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, becomes another character in the play

All main stage shows are $25.

Show dates are September 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30 (September 23 includes a matinee).

Why not become a season ticket holder? For just $70 ($65 for seniors) all three main stage
shows are included, and as an added bonus, you can reserve the same seat for all three.
Starting in the 2023-24 season, main stage shows will also include a Saturday matinee.

The Noble Court Social Club has been reintegrating seniors and other adults into the community post-COVID through free-to-play Texas Hold'em events.
