A beginner-intermediate level yoga program. Exercises will be performed on a mat on the floor.

Each session will include a combination of exercises to improve alignment, flexibility and strength.

The A.L.S. Society of (Windsor) Essex County (Lou Gherig's Disease) will be the host charity for the Caboto Charity Pasta Night Wednesday, April 6th from 4 - 7p.  come out and enjoy dinner which includes all you can eat pasta, salad and buns. $20 includes the tax. Take out is available.
