From 10 a.m. to noon on June 7, 10, 14, 21, 24, 28, the Kingston Symphony Volunteers will be accepting donations for their Book Fair, Vinyl Records Sale, and All Things Christmas, Gifts & Art Sale. Start gathering your books, vinyl, CDs, DVDs, audio equipment, art, and Christmas paraphernalia for next month! Drop off your donations at the Kingston Symphony Warehouse, 785 Sir John A. The Milton Historical Society SummerFest Extravaganza is back on Saturday June 3rd, in conjunction with the Milton Downtown Business Improvement Area's SummerFest. The Society's Extravaganza takes place from noon to 6 p.m. at the Waldie Blacksmith Shop and will feature something for everyone, including a garage sale, gift shop items like mugs, Christmas ornaments and gift certificates, selected book shop items that will be signed by their authors, live blacksmith demonstrations and classic cars. Community Event - Burlington/Oakville - Coronation Evensong for King Charles III

Join the historic church of St. Jude's Anglican, Oakville in a triumphant celebration of King Charles III's coronation. This special service, sung by the St. Jude's Evensong Choir and guest singers (50 singers in total), will feature music written by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Herbert Howells, and George Frideric Handel. The service will also include music by Canadian-American composer Maxine Thévenot and a newly composed organ voluntary, written for the service, by Mark Himmelman. Following the service please join us for a reception in the church's beautiful Victoria Hall. All are welcome and no tickets are required (a free will offering will be collected).
