We know this has been a stressful time for many families, but for some children and youth, the stress and anxiety has progressed into more serious mental health challenges. Chatham-Kent Children's Services is HereToHelp. They are offering virtual, telephone and in-person counselling. Connect with their Intake Department at 519-352-0440 or email mhdevintake@ckcs.on.ca to learn more.
