Sustainable Kingston and Repair Café Kingston
(RCK) are hosting a free webinar on March 24 from 12:00pm – 1:00pm to walk you
through several typical household fixes RCK often helps people perform.
“Repairing helps people keep their valued items in service, save money, avoid the
landfill and get a great sense of satisfaction by not having to throw out a fixable thing,”
says Brian Weir, Director and Co-Founder of RCK.
The event will include live demonstrations of basic woodworking, fixing broken chairs,
basic electronics, and fixing broken lamps. At the end, there will be an opportunity for
people to ask about fixing their own broken items.
For more information and to register for the event, visit: https://dont-nix-it-fix-
